Join Us at the Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum!

Through preservation, reproduction, construction, and interpretation of the Chittenango Landing industrial complex, we provide the opportunity to learn of the construction and repair of canal boats and the social history of the Erie Canal era.

Tour the Towpath! and Tuesday on the Towpath!

Registration is now open for this great event July 31-August 1: Tour the Towpath You can download the Tour The Towpath brochure here Enjoy great cycling, community hospitality, and local attractions along 36-miles of historic canal towpath. This recreational ride is a largely off-road, flat, stone dust trail through quaint communities and along the Old Erie Canal--the most well-known canal in history!
